Here are some of the most frequently asked questions, and our answers. We hope they will be of help to you.

Q: What are the dates and times of the show?

A: October 4th & 5th, 2008, 9 am - 5 pm. Opening ceremonies begin October 4th at 8:45 a.m.

Q: I'd like to become a 46th Anniversary Volunteer, how do I sign-up?

A: Go to “Volunteers” on this website to view the descriptions of jobs or call (702) 293-0214 and express your interest. A representative will call you back to discuss volunteerism.

Q: What can I expect to see at the event?

A: Fine Art, Fine Crafts and hand-made crafts from all over the United States. We have many returning artists and some new ones. Children’s activities will be held in the Gazebo.

Q: I am a new Artist, what exactly is the Raffle?

A: The Raffle is a tradition of Art in the Park. Artists donate a piece of their work and it is raffled to those who have purchased tickets. It is a great way to get your art noticed, as we raffle prizes both days, and announce the winners over the public address system. The donations to the raffle are tax deductible. It is also a very good way to share your art with the community. For your convenience, a raffle representative will come by your booth early Saturday morning to collect your donation.

Q: Will awards be given out this year?

A: Yes, First through Third, Fine Art, Fine Craft and Craft. The fun doesn’t stop there, we’ll have Best of Show in each category. These awards will be presented Saturday afternoon.

Q: Can I still apply for this year's show as an art or craft vendor?

A: Yes. Application deadline each year is April 15th. Applications will be available on the website or you may call (702) 293-0214 to request one to be mailed to you.

A: We will give space numbers only at registration on Friday, October 3, 2008 at 8 a.m.

Q: Where is registration?

Q: Is there off site parking for vendors with trailers and RVs?
