Description: Meet in Wilbur Park Thursday afternoon prior to the event. Volunteers will help measure and paint artist booth locations. Friday at 6 a.m., volunteers will meet in Bicentennial Park to assist in numbering all booths. Job completion time 11:00 a.m.

Description: Sell raffle tickets to the general public at the following locations: Albertsons, Vons, Credit Union, Wells Fargo, and other community locations. Shifts are typically 2 - 4 hours in duration, table, chairs and bank are provided.

Description: Prepare packages with the following general information: restaurant information, garbage bags, food coupons, suggestion sheets, overnight parking map and applications. May include information from the Chamber of Commerce.

Description: Complete packets by inserting the following information: Completed tax slips, tax table, picture return, parking permit and space number location.

Description: Design parking lot, create parking lines utilizing lime roller machine. Weather conditions may be warm, beverages provided. Estimated time 3.5 hours.

Description: Age 17 and up. Take orders from food venders for soda and ice products. Distribute products to venders. Cash handling. Golf cart provided. Heavy lifting required.

Description: Sells tickets to general public. Collects, logs, labels, and sets up display of raffle donations, create donation receipts for artists. Contact of winners and verification of prize collection

Description: Collect donations from artists. Go from booth to booth collecting prizes and creating receipts for donations. Works with the direction of the raffle booth in logging of prize donations and labeling. Golf cart provided for collection.

Description: Selection of raffle tickets, announcements of raffle winners, logs winnings, maintenance of prizewinner display board.

Job: Information Booth
Description: Provide information to the general public, T-shirt sales, lost and found, program books, PA system. Announcement of raffle winners daily @ 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Volunteer sign in. Coordinating golf carts.

Description: Ages 18 and up to drive, ages 16 and up to lift. Collection and lifting trash from cans into dumpsters. Set up on Friday night before the show, work in shifts starting at 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Golf carts provided. Some heavy lifting required.

Job: Artist Booth Set -up
Description: Aid handicapped and needy artists set up booths on Friday before the show and on Sunday at close of show, help artist tear down booths.

Job: Food Tent Cleanup
Description: Periodically check and clean main food booth area. Wipe tables and discard any refuse. Gloves and cleaning supplies provided.

Job: Parking lot
Description: Greet visitors, cash handling, program books distribution. Soda and water sales. Conditions may be warm.

Job: Booth Sitting/Runners
Description: Report to information desk to get assignment. Report to artist's booths to man booths for approximately ½ hour. No sale and no money handling. May include running for artists for food or drink.

Job: Pizza Booth
Description: Sell pizza and soda to the general public. Pizza is pre-made, gloves and sanitation provided. Cash handling.

Job: Fruity Bar Sales
Description: Sell frozen fruit bars at satellite locations. Jr. Auxiliary volunteers encouraged to apply.

Description: Sell soda and water at satellite locations. Excellent job for pairs.

Job: Tax Collection
Description: Knowledge of 10 key helpful, basic mathematics needed. Accept tax from the artists. Accuracy required. Approximately 1 hour commitment. Accept applications.

Job: Parcel Pickup
Description: To man the "hold goods" tent and hold goods for customers until customers retrieve them. Requires accuracy.
